Rearrange Your Workspace
The layout of your workspace has a big impact on your mental state. If you feel stir crazy in your current space, consider rearranging the furniture. Get permission from your boss to replace the current furniture. Go to office supply store to find new and used office furniture. If you work in a cluttered and unorganized area, it will contribute to your stress. Be sure to take the time to clean and organize your space using folders, drawer space and a desk organizers.
Revamp Your Morning Routine
If you wake up in the morning feeling dread, it might be time to change up your morning routine. Do something you enjoy in the morning so that you feel motivated to get out of bed. You can even make time to see a new movie by yourself or take a bubble bath.
